When you start the application for the first time, I recommend going to the settings and changing the timer, vibration, and voice guidance parameters to your taste.
You can turn on the timer for the time you want, or turn it off altogether. You can activate vibration when changing pitch and add voice prompts. There are only three options available as a voice.
Thereafter, when tapping on the name of the breathing technique, you can choose the one that suits you. Each technique has a brief description and a rhythm.
