Gamery Helps You Track Your Games on iPad

Gamery is an iPad app where you can maintain collections of games, a backlog, statistics, and analytics of your playthroughs. It offers a subscription as well as a one‑time purchase.

I’m a gamer myself, but I’m not really inclined to track my game stats. Still, many people enjoy keeping a detailed log of their playthroughs, wish‑lists, and the like. If you’ve been hunting for an iPad app to do that, today I’ll walk you through one.

Gamery is an iOS app that lets you build your own game collections, manage a backlog, and get various analytics on your playthroughs.

What’s Available in the App

The core of Gamery is built around collections. By default, there are five collections that show the current status of a game: backlog, playing, dropped, etc.
You can create your own collections, but that five‑collection set is the primary structure.

You can add a game to any collection, but it’s not very convenient. You’ll have to manually enter the title, add a cover image, write a description, and select the platform. For some reason, the app does not pull all that data from a database.

There are also platform limitations. The app includes all versions of PS, Xbox, and Switch, plus Steam Deck, macOS, Linux, Windows, Android, and iOS. It doesn’t support rarer platforms, and you can’t add your own.

When you open a collection you can search for a game, change the sorting or grid view. If you’re not sure what to play next, you can ask Gamery to random‑pick a game for you.

You can move a game to one of the status categories—playing, completed, etc. This not only moves it into the corresponding collection, but also influences the statistics screen.

Other notable features: games automatically group into franchises, there’s support for a wish‑list, and a feed of upcoming events.

Pricing

Gamery can be tried for free for a week. After that, you can continue using the free version with limitations or subscribe for $4.99 per month. Alternatively, there is a one‑time purchase of $19.99.
