# How to add more actions to the context menu on macOS

As a Windows user, I'm used to new options being added to the context menu frequently. Occasionally, I added them manually to solve some routine tasks. It turned out that on a Mac you can do the same.

To achieve this, you need to install the [**iBoysoft MagicMenu**](https://iboysoft.com/magic-menu/) utility and go to its settings. There are three sections, each of which is responsible for its context menu item:

- **New file** will help you quickly create a new file with the desired extension. You can use built-in extensions or create new ones.
- **Send/Move To** will help you copy or move a file or folder to the desired directory.
- **Quick Access** will help you quickly navigate to the desired folder on your computer or open a link in your browser.

Extra elements in any section can be hidden. And everything that remains will be displayed in the corresponding items of the context menu.
