How to Conveniently Work with Commands from the Menu Bar
For some reason, on macOS, some useful application commands are hidden in the Menu Bar, and to access them, you have to move your mouse to the very top of the screen. In my case, the Menu Bar also hides automatically.
To quickly access these commands, you can install the Menuwhere app. With it, you can call up an alternative context menu with commands from the Menu Bar using a hotkey.
If needed, you can change the key combination in the settings, configure the constant display of additional items, and even change the appearance of the menu.
You can try Menuwhere for free for some time (I'm not sure how long). After that, you'll need to purchase a license for €2.82.
