YouTube now automatically translates videos, but the YouTube Anti Translate extension lets you disable translations of audio, descriptions, and branding.
YouTube has been experimenting with auto-translating content into other languages for a while. Initially, this only applied to video titles and descriptions, but recently, auto-translation has been introduced for the actual video audio as well.
If you’d like to disable these features, you can use a browser extension called YouTube Anti Translate, available for both Google Chrome and Firefox.

Once installed, you can choose which elements to turn off:
- Audio translation
- Description translation
- Channel branding translation
