For tracking time in applications, there are many, oddly enough, applications. But all this is not when you just need to find out in which program you spend the most time.

In this case, the [**AppResourcesUsageView**](https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/app%5Fresources%5Fusage%5Fview.html) utility will help, which does not require installation and displays the time spent in the application immediately upon startup (Face Time column).

The data is taken from the system information that is already on your computer in the C:\\Windows\\System32\\sru\\SRUDB.dat file.
