How to make it easier to arrange Chrome windows

I have a widescreen monitor and I often have to drag browser windows around for more convenient work. I got tired of manually arranging on the grid and decided to automate this process.

To achieve this, you need to install the Quilt extension, which will automatically arrange the windows the way you need.

There are minimal settings in it: you can specify the position of the main window, the size of the windows and the distance between them.

When you move a browser tab to a separate window, it will automatically be placed next to the previous window. But you can click the Tile Windows Now button to force placement.
