In the latest versions of Microsoft Edge on Windows 11, developers have prevented their internal links from opening `microsoft-edge:`in third-party browsers. [MSEdgeRedirect](https://github.com/rcmaehl/MSEdgeRedirect) solves this problem and allows such links to open in the default browser.

For the utility to work, you just need to run it. No settings besides autorun are required. Yes, they are not.

Now, when you try to open MS Edge links, the default browser will automatically launch.

You can check the work of MSEdgeRedirect as follows. Turn off the utility, press Win + R and execute `microsoft-edge:https://google.com`. MS Edge will open.
