How to remove redirects and immediately get to the desired page
Some pages like to add various redirects to links. And when you click on such a link, you are forced to first visit all intermediate pages and only then get where you needed to initially.
For example, try following this link www.google.com/chrome/?or-maybe-rather-firefox=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.mozilla.org/
Skip Redirect for Chrome and Firefox will help you skip such redirects when clicking on links and open the landing page right away.
The extension has a number of settings that will help you specify how to correctly process links. For example, you can create your own lists of skipped and non-skipped links and specify the parameters for skipping them.
The settings themselves can be synchronized between browsers on different devices.
By default, Skip Redirect checks all links, except for non-skipped ones, and only processes them.
