How to Run Multiple Instances of the Same App on macOS

AppCloner for macOS lets you launch multiple instances of an app by simply dragging its icon into the utility window.

Sometimes, you may need to run multiple copies of the same application. macOS doesn’t offer this functionality by default, but you can use AppCloner to achieve it.

To do this, just drag the app’s icon—such as from the Applications folder—into the AppCloner window. In a few seconds, you’ll have an additional instance ready to use.
