After switching from Windows to macOS, one of my unresolved issues was the lack of my favorite text editor, Notepad++. But recently, some kind folks managed to solve that too.
A project called Notepad Next appeared on GitHub — a fork of the beloved Notepad++. The main difference for now is that Notepad Next is available on Windows, Linux, and macOS.
Aside from the lack of plugin support, it offers the same functionality as Notepad++.
