How to bring back the classic volume mixer in Windows 11
In a new operating system, if you click on the sound icon in the tray and select the Volume Mixer item, the Taskbar will open. Where you can adjust the sound in a new and, as the developers think, more convenient format.
If this option does not suit you, download and run the small utility Classic Volume Mixer. Unfortunately, it does not completely solve the described problem, but simply adds another sound icon to the taskbar.
When you click on it, the same classic mixer with all its functionality will open. And the default Windows 11 sound icon can be hidden so that it does not bother with its existence.
