The Night Light Slider for GNOME allows you to easily adjust the warm filter level of the night mode directly from the quick settings menu.
In Ubuntu, as in any modern system, there is a night light mode. When activated, a warm light filter is applied to the screen, reducing eye strain at night. However, by default, the filter level might not suit you.
To easily change the night mode brightness level, you can install the Night Light Slider utility (for GNOME). After installing it, you’ll be able to conveniently adjust the night mode brightness from the quick settings menu.
